We are ministers, just like you. Our consulting ministry is focused on helping small churches reach their God-given potential. Our experiences are with small churches and our hearts are with you. Our goal is to help you to grow your mission, not just keep your doors open.

Loren is an ordained Presbyterian (PC(USA)) Pastor. He has led military, corporate, non-profit and church teams. His passion is helping people revitalize their lives through relationship and worship.

Becky is an ordained Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian (PC(USA)) church. She has valuable experience as an engineer, musician, and mom that will help your church.

What is a "small church"?

We focus on the truly small church. If you have membership or worship attendance of 10 to 200, you are who we are best suited to help. Let us help you find your path!

What does it cost?

We work on a sliding scale. We strive to not let cost limit any small church from receiving help. We will work with you to come up with a mutually agreeable plan for our services.

Where would we meet?

We'll first talk with church leaders by phone or Zoom to gain an initial understanding of your needs. After that, we will usually meet at your church as we begin to work with you.

What happens in the workshops?

We want to gather as many church members and friends as possible. Our workshops are tailored to your needs but always involve interaction, stories, humor, and shared wisdom.
